Game Basics Party Characters Races Classes Items Monsters Game basics - ClassesThe following classes are included until now: Warriors are the typical melee combatants. This Job requires a lot of strength and vitality. With a good dexterity, a Warrior might be a good bowman, too. Paladins are knights, which fight for law and order. A Paladin won't do anything, which is against what he thinks to be right. Paladins require a bit of all attributes. After reaching level 5 paladins get the ability to use simple healing spells. Assassins are trained to kill effectively. For this reason they need a lot of talent, dexterity and speed. Assassins are best for bowmen but they can learn to use any weapon quickly. Assassins get a bonus on chance for critical hit with each level they reach. Monks are trained to kill with their bare hands. For that they don't use any kind of weapon and can only be melee fighters. Besides they are able to use healing spells, just like druids. But they can't use any other kind of magic. To be a monk requires some dexterity, talent, wisdom and intelligence. Monks get a bonus on chance for critical hit with each level they reach. Druids use natural energy for their magic. They can summon animals to help them in combat. Besides they are strong healers and can handle any blunt weapon like clubs. Druids require only wisdom and intelligence but indeed a lot of these. Conjurers are the first of the four magic classes (this idea is quite like in the old RPG Bard's Tale, running on C64 long times ago). They are not able to use really strong magic but there are a lot of interesting effects they can conjure. After reaching level 4, Conjurers can change their profession to be a magician, while keeping all spells learned until then. In level 9 they can even choose the profession of a sorcerer. Magicians are the second magic class. Their spells are more effective and cover a wide range. In level 4 they can change to become a sorcerer, in level 9 they can even switch to the highest magic class, the wizards. While sorcerers can only create illusions, wizards create beings of flesh and blood (or stone e.g.).
